Hande ELVERDİ ŞAHİN, Attorney & Mediator

She graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Law in 2016 and from the Department of International Relations of Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2018. She served as in-house counsel to one of Türkiye’s leading telecommunications companies, advising on consumer law, personal data protection law, commercial law, contract law, employment law, enforcement and bankruptcy law and the law of obligations. She subsequently completed training in the English Legal System and Methodology at City, University of London. She has an advanced command of English and French. In 2023, she completed her Master of Laws in Private Law at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law, with a thesis on the protection of personal data in distance contracts under the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection. Since 2020, she has continued her practice at Şahin & Partners Law and Consultancy Firm, which she co-founded with Att. Murat ŞAHİN.
