Murat ŞAHİN, Attorney & Mediator

He graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Law in 2016. In addition to the experience he gained in the banking sector, he has primarily served as counsel to an operational/fleet leasing company and has advised companies on personal data law, commercial law, contract law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, employment law and the law of obligations. He has also taken an active role and assumed responsibility in his individual clients’ disputes arising from both private and public law. In 2020, he became a founding partner of Şahin & Partners Law and Consultancy Firm.
